PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During busy periods, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer — we appreciate your patience!


DOMESTIC SHIPPING (U.S.)
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

Please note these are estimated transit times provided by the carrier, and Butterface is not responsible for unexpected delays once the package is in transit.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available.


DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
If you receive a damaged item or if your package is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@butterface.shop. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure you are taken care of.


ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
